(A) In no event shall an address assignment be issued unless and until the Zoning Administrator, or his or her designee, determines that the address is in compliance with all applicable building and zoning ordinances of the Village and unless and until the Village Clerk, or his or her designee, determines that all fees required under the applicable ordinances and fee schedule of the Village have been paid.
(B) On new structures, numbering which complies with the Village's adopted building codes and display regulations shall be installed prior to the final inspection or when the structure is first occupied, whichever comes first.
