§ 150.262 APPLICATION.
   (A)   Every application for an address assignment for a new address or for the modification of an existing address shall be made directly to the Zoning Administrator, or his or her designee.
   (B)   Whenever any residence or other structure is constructed or developed, it shall be the duty of the new owner to apply for and procure an assigned number from the Zoning Administrator, or his or her designee.
