It shall be the duty of the Zoning Administrator, or his or her designee, to see to, enforce, and authorize any address assignment requests submitted to the Village. The Zoning Administrator, or his or her designee, is authorized to establish criteria for address assignments and any and all rules and regulations necessary to effectuate the provisions of this subchapter.
