§ 130.07 PANDERING.

It shall be unlawful for any person to perform any of the following acts for any money, property, token, object, or article or anything of value:

(A) Compels a person to become a prostitute; or

(B) Arranges or offers to arrange a situation in which a person may practice prostitution.
