(A) Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter for which no other penalty is specifically provided shall be punished as set forth in § 10.99
(B) Any person violating the provisions of §§ 130.15 through 130.17 shall be punished by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500. Each day that an offense continues shall be deemed to constitute a separate violation of these sections.
(C) Any person violating the provisions of §§ 130.04 through 130.08 shall be punished by a fine of not less than $500 nor more than $1,000. Each day that an offense continues shall be deemed to constitute a separate violation of these sections.
(D) Any vehicle that is used in violation of § 130.04, § 130.05 or § 130.07 shall be subject to seizure and impoundment pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 75.
