It shall be unlawful to store or park any motor vehicle, motor bicycle, or other vehicle on any land in the Village located in a commercial or industrial zoning district for the purpose of displaying the motor vehicle, motor bicycle, or other vehicle for sale unless the principal permitted or conditional use on the zoning lot is specifically authorized and licensed by the Village. No such storage or parking shall be allowed as an accessory use to any principal permitted or conditional use.
