§ 100.99 PENALTY.
   Any person, firm, corporation or other entity who violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $750 for each offense. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
