§ 112.008 VIDEO GAMING LICENSES AND LIQUOR LICENSE VIOLATION.
   Each Video Gaming Establishment License must also have a valid Class A, Class AC, Class L, or Class R Village of Schiller Park Liquor License. The Local Liquor Control Commissioner may treat any violations of the provisions of this chapter or the Act as a violation of the establishment's liquor license. The revocation, loss or suspension of any license required in subsection (A), (B)(1) or (B)(2) of § 112.003 shall automatically result in the revocation, loss or suspension for the same time period of the establishment's Video Gaming Establishment License, without refund of any license fee, and of the Video Gaming Terminal License, without refund of any license fees, for all video gaming terminals licensed for the establishment.
