§ 112.003 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful to install, operate or permit the use of any video gaming terminal within the corporate limits of the Village of Schiller Park without first having obtained from the Village a Video Gaming Establishment License for the premises upon which the video gaming terminal shall be operated and a Video Gaming Terminal License for each video gaming terminal that will be operated at the licensed premises. Each Video Gaming Establishment License and Video Gaming Terminal License issued under the provisions of this chapter shall be an annual license and unless sooner terminated by revocation or otherwise, shall terminate at 11:59 p.m. on the 31st day of December following its issuance. A Video Gaming Establishment License shall be hung in plain view in a conspicuous place at or near the principal entrance to the licensed premises, and such posted license shall include the number of video gaming terminals licensed on such premises. A Video Gaming Terminal License issued by the Village shall be in the form of a sticker. A Video Gaming Terminal License shall be clearly affixed at all times on the video gaming terminal to which it applies. It shall be a prerequisite to any such Video Gaming Establishment License and Video Gaming Terminal License issued by the Village that such establishment keeping the video gaming terminal have in place the following licenses:
   (A)   A valid license from the Illinois Gaming Board for each such device; and
   (B)   (1) A valid State of Illinois liquor license issued by the Illinois Liquor Commission; and (2) a valid Class A, Class AC, Class L, or Class R liquor license for service of alcoholic liquor on the premises issued by the Schiller Park Local Liquor Control Commissioner.
