§ 71.19 VEHICLES FOR SALE AND PEDDLING.
   It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle upon any street for the purpose of displaying it for sale or for repairing the vehicle, except repairs necessitated by any emergency or to park upon any street a vehicle from which merchandise is peddled, unless the vehicle is duly licensed under the provisions of this code.
