§ 71.18 MANNER OF PARKING.
   It shall be unlawful:
   (A)   To park any vehicle on a street with the left side of the vehicle adjacent to the curb or edge of pavement, except on streets designated herein as “one-way”.
   (B)   To park any vehicle on a street in a manner other than with the right side of the vehicle adjacent to and parallel with the curb or edge of pavement and with the right front and rear wheels thereof within twelve inches (12”) of the curb or edge of pavement, except upon those streets which have been marked for angular parking; and then it shall be unlawful to park at any other angle than that indicated by such mark.
   (C)   To park any vehicle on an area of a street or on a public parking lot upon which parking spaces have been marked or otherwise delineated so that such vehicle occupies more than one space or portion thereof.
   (D)   To perform vehicular maintenance, includ- ing but not limited to oil changes, and/or to make vehicular repairs upon any street or public parking lot.
   (E)   To park any vehicle on an area of a public parking lot or a parkway which is not striped, marked or otherwise delineated as a parking space.
