All convicted sex offenders residing within the corporate limits of the Village of Schiller Park shall be required to register with the Village of Schiller Park Police Department and pay a reoccurring annual registration fee on January 1st of every year following the approval of this chapter by the Board of Trustees. In the event that someone moves to the Village after the renewal date, a prorated registration fee will be charged for the initial year. No exceptions will be made for this rule.
