§ 150.234 ISSUANCE OF PERMITS TO UNAUTHORIZED PERSONS.

It shall be unlawful for any registered electrical contractor to secure or furnish a permit for the installation, alteration and repair of electrical wires and apparatus to any person not entitled to it under the electrical regulations of the code.
