(A) Inspection, certificate of approval required in certain instances. It shall be unlawful for any person to install, maintain or operate within the Village any air conditioning system having a rate heat removal capacity in excess of 20,000 BTUs per hour without first having applied to the Electrical Inspector for inspection thereof and until the Inspector has issued a certificate of approval for the installation, maintenance and operation thereof.
(B) Duty of Inspector. It shall be the duty of the Electrical Inspector, upon the application having been made, to inspect the air conditioning electrical system and certify that all provisions of the electrical code of the Village have been complied with.
(C) Inspection fee. The fee for this inspection shall be covered by electrical permit fee.
