(A) It shall be unlawful for the operator of any motor vehicle eastbound on Belle Plaine Avenue to turn left at the intersection thereof with Denley Avenue.

(B) It shall be unlawful for any person operating a vehicle to make a left turn at any of the following locations between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., except on Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays: Irving Park Road and Grace Street, at the intersection thereof, as to vehicles operating in an easterly direction along Irving Park Road.
