(A) No person shall drive a vehicle onto or from any controlled access roadway except at the entrances and exits as are established by the Village President and Board of Trustees or the public authority having jurisdiction over the controlled access roadway.
(B) No person shall drive a vehicle from a street, roadway or alley onto another street, roadway or alley except at the intersections thereof and from the lanes designated.
