§ 70.014 CLINGING TO VEHICLES.

It shall be unlawful for any person on any street riding a bicycle, motorcycle, motor scooter or any toy vehicle to cling to or to attach himself or herself, or his or her vehicle to any moving motor vehicle or wagon.
