§ 70.013 PUTTING GLASS OR OTHER DANGEROUS ITEMS ON STREETS.
   (A)   No person shall throw or deposit upon any street any glass bottles, nails, tacks, wires, cans or any other substances likely to injure any person, animal or vehicle upon the street.
   (B)   Any person who drops or permits to be dropped or thrown upon any street any destructive, dangerous, hazardous or injurious materials immediately shall remove the same or cause it to be removed. This division shall not apply to implements of husbandry designed and adopted exclusively for agricultural, horticultural or livestock-raising operations that inadvertently may deposit dirt or other substances upon the street.
   (C)   Any person removing a wrecked or damaged vehicle from a street shall remove any glass or other injurious substance dropped upon the street from the vehicle.
