§ 70.002 APPLICABILITY TO VEHICLES ON STREETS.

   The provisions of this chapter relating to the operation of vehicles refer exclusively to the operation of vehicles upon streets and highways, except:

   (A)   Where a different place is referred to specifically in a given section.

   (B)   The provisions of §§ 70.040 through 70.042 and §§ 70.130 through 70.136 shall apply upon streets and highways and elsewhere throughout the Village.
