§ 150.010 NATIONAL FIRE PROTECTION ASSOCIATION NFPA 101 ADOPTED.
   (A)   Chapters 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19, 21, 23, 29, 31, 33, 37, and 39 of the Life Safety Code NFPA 101, published by the National Fire Protection Association, one copy of which is on file in the office of the Village Clerk, are adopted and incorporated as part of this Code as if set out at length and in full herein with the following amendments.
   (B)   All conflicts between NFPA 101 and other adopted codes and standards in this Chapter shall be decided by the Fire Chief, Village Building Official and the Director of Community Development.
   (C)   The NFPA 101, Code for Safety to Life from Fire in Buildings and Structures, 2000 edition, is amended hereby as follows:
      (1)   Section 9.6.4 shall be and read as follows:
         9.6.4 Emergency Forces Notification. When required by another section of this Code, emergency forces notification shall be provided to alert the municipal fire department and fire brigade (if provided) of fire or other emergency.
      When fire department notification is required by another section of this Code the fire alarm system shall be arranged to transmit the alarm automatically via radio network tied directly to the Schiller Park Fire Department Communication Center in accordance with NFPA 72, National Fire Alarm Code.
