(A) The ICC International Energy Conservation Code/2012, published by the International Code Council, Inc., one copy of which is on file in the office of the Village Clerk, is adopted and incorporated as part of this Code as if set out at length and in full herein.
(B) The ICC International Energy Conservation Code/2012 is amended hereby as follows:
(1) The words "Village of Schiller Park" shall be inserted wherever the words "(name of jurisdiction)" appears.
(2) The term "code official" shall include the "Building Official" and/or the "Director of Community Development" of the Village of Schiller Park.
(3) Chapter 8, entitled "Referenced standards", is amended to delete all reference to the "International Plumbing Code" and insert in place thereof the "Illinois Plumbing Code", 2014 edition.
(4) Chapter 8, entitled "Referenced standards", is amended to delete all reference to the "International Electrical Code".
