(A) The ICC International Fuel Gas Code/2006, published by the International Code Council, Inc., one copy of which is on file in the office of the Village Clerk, is adopted and incorporated as part of this Code as if set out at length and in full herein.
(B) The ICC International Fuel Gas Code/2006 is amended hereby as follows:
(1) The words "Village of Schiller Park" shall be inserted wherever the words "(name of jurisdiction)" appears.
(2) As used throughout the Code adopted by reference hereby, the "code official" shall mean the Village Building Official and/or the Director of Community Development of the Village of Schiller Park.
(3) Sections 103.2 and 103.3 are amended in their entireties hereby so that hereafter the said Sections 103.2 and 103.3 shall be and read as follows:
"103.2 Code official: The Village Building Official and/or the Director of Community Development of the Village of Schiller Park (including their authorized agents and representatives).
103.3 Deputy code official: Collectively, all of the duly authorized agents and representatives of the Code Official who shall have and exercise all powers of the Code Official during the temporary absence or disability of the Code Official."
(4) Sections 106.5.2 and 106.5.3 are amended in their entireties hereby; so that Sections 106.5.2 and 106.503 shall be and read as follows:
"106.5.2 Fee schedule. The fees for work as indicated shall be paid as required in accordance with the most recent fee schedule approved by resolution by the President and Board of Trustees.
106.5.3 Fee refunds. The code official shall authorize the refunding of fees in accordance with the most recent fee schedule approved by resolution by the President and Board of Trustees."
(5) Sections 108.4 and 108.5 are amended in their entireties hereby; so that hereafter the said Section 108.4 and 108.5 shall be and read as follows:
"108.4 Violation penalties. All references to penalties shall be paid in accordance with the most recent fee schedule approved by resolution by the President and Board of Trustees
108.5 Stop work orders. All references to stop work order fines shall paid be in accordance with the most recent fee schedule approved by resolution by the President and Board of Trustees."
(6) Section 109 is amended in its entirety hereby; so that hereafter the said Section 109 shall be and read as follows:
"SECTION 109 (IFGC)

109.1 Board of appeals. The President and Board of Trustees shall serve as the Board of Appeals."
(7) Chapter 8, entitled "Referenced standards", is amended to delete all reference to the "International Plumbing Code" and insert in place thereof the "Illinois Plumbing Code", 2014 edition."
(8) Chapter 8, entitled "Referenced standards", is amended to delete all reference to the "International Existing Building Code", the "International Zoning Code", and the "International Electrical Code"."
(9) Appendix A is adopted in its entirety and Appendices B, C, and D are deleted in their entireties.
