At all reasonable hours, the Village President of the Village, Village Manager/Comptroller, the Director, and every person authorized by any of them shall have ready access to the premises where Village water meters are located for the purpose of ascertaining the number and type of service connections, reading meters, and examining, resting and replacing the meters or the AMR. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to interfere with, prevent or obstruct the Village President of the Village, Village Manager/ Comptroller, Director, and every person authorized by any of them from entering the premises and proceeding to undertaking such meter reading or such examining, testing and replacing the meters or the AMR.
