Any person, firm or corporation who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not less than $250 nor more than $1,000 for each offense. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder. Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall become liable to the Village for any expense, loss or damage occasioned the Village by reason of such violation.
