§ 53.14 DISCONTINUANCE OF SERVICE FOR NON-PAYMENT OF BILL; FEE FOR REINSTATEMENT OF SERVICES.
   Upon approval of the Village Manager/ Comptroller or Finance Director, the water supply valve may be shut off, eliminating service to any premises for which a bill remains unpaid 60 days after it is rendered. A fee of $50 will be charged for the service of shutting off the Valve. In addition when an employee of the Village is sent to the premise to shut off the valve an addition fee of $50 will be charged whether or not the valve is actually shut off. When shut off, the supply valve shall not be turned on except upon payment of all arrearages to the Village including all shut off fees or an acceptable payment arrangement is made by the Village Manager/ Comptroller or Finance Director.
