§ 53.06 CONNECTION PERMIT FEES.
   (A)   No connection permit shall be issued unless the applicable connection permit fee is paid to the Village at the time application is made for a connection permit. Except for building or other construction purposes, the applicable connection permit fee is prescribed in the following schedule:

   (B)   Subdivisions. In addition to paying a single permit fee in the applicable amount set forth above, where a builder subdivides an area and is required to install sewer and water mains in and/or to serve the area, the builder or subdivider shall also pay to the Village a master connection fee entitling the subdivider to connection permits for service to each subdivided lot equal to the sum of $100 per building site, but in no instance shall the master connection fee be more than $250.
   (C)   During the construction of any building and before any permanent service pipe is installed, as herein provided, the contractor so constructing the building may be permitted for a maximum of thirty (30) days to use the Village water supply by making application for service through a metered temporary connection via fire hydrant and paying, in addition to the cost of metered water consumed, the applicable fee set forth in the schedule below. In order to avail himself of such water via fire hydrant, the contractor shall deposit $1,500 with the Village Collector, which will be refunded upon return of the water meter provided the meter has not been damaged and is in good working order. The fee for the temporary water meter so supplied shall be as follows:
      (1)   Single-family residence, $75.
      (2)   Multiple-family residence, $100.
      (3)   Commercial, $125.
      (4)   Industrial, $150.
