§ 53.01 UNDERGROUND WELLS.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to construct an underground water well within the corporate limits of the Village.

(B) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to use any water from an existing underground water well for human consumption or to allow or cause well water to be introduced into the Village system.
