§ 52.32 WASTEWATER DISCHARGES INTO STORM SEWERS.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to discharge sanitary or industrial wastewater into the storm sewers constructed as part of the River Road Improvements or the storm sewer constructed as part of the Illinois Route 19 Soo Line Railroad Viaduct Improvements; nor shall there be any discharge of wastewater into any storm sewer in the Village.
