(A) Failure on the part of the property owner to comply with the provisions § 52.34(B), (C), (D), (E), (F), (G) and (I) shall be considered a violation which, upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine of not more than $500. Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate violation.

(B) Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of this code for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding $500. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day a violation occurs or continues.
