It shall be unlawful for any person to permit any gasoline, benzene or other volatile liquids to flow into any public sewer; or to permit any insoluble material to flow into any public sewer in the Village, including but not limited to plastic bags, or to permit any material which might injure any part of the sanitary system to flow into it.
