The following uses may be allowed as conditional uses in the R-3 Two-Family Residence District:
(A) The conditional uses as are permitted in the R-1 District except that religious institutions are permitted as conditional uses regardless of the location of the zoning lot within the R-3 District;
(B) Day-care centers;
(C) Health and medical institutions, as follows:
(1) Convalescent, nursing and rest homes including extended care facilities;
(2) Institutional establishments, providing care, or care and residence, for children or adults.
(3) Group Home, Type 1.
