§ 155.1206 BUILDING LIMITATIONS.
   (A)   Permitted Uses.
      (1)   The maximum building height of single-family residences, rectories, parsonages, parish houses and convents shall be two stories or 30 feet, whichever is less. The maximum height of the main structure of a church, synagogue or other house of worship [steeples and towers on such structures are exempt from any maximum height regulation] shall not exceed 65 feet.
      (2)   All structures used for permitted uses other than single-family residences, rectories, parsonages, parish houses and convents shall have a maximum floor area ratio of 0.25.
   (B)   Conditional Uses.
      (1)   Planned unit developments, residential: Floor area ratio shall be as specified by the Village Board.
      (2)   All other conditional uses shall be regulated on the basis of a maximum floor area ratio of 0.25.
   (C)   Lot Coverage. The maximum lot coverage shall be sixty percent (60%). For all impervious surfaces where brick pavers are used instead of concrete or asphalt, the Director of Community Development is authorized to allow an increase in maximum lot coverage of an amount less than or equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the allowable impervious square footage for those areas which could have been covered with concrete or asphalt.
