Except as otherwise hereinafter provided, the space resulting from the following setbacks (yard requirements) shall be oven and unobstructed:

* Plus one foot for each two feet by which the building or structure height exceeds 15 feet.
(C) Accessory Uses. The yard requirements of the principal uses shall apply to their accessory buildings except for garage, private swimming pools and tennis courts, toolhouses, sheds, and other similar buildings for storage of domestic supplies as applied to single-family dwellings shall be located not less than five feet from the nearest side or rear property line and 50 feet from the front property line.
