§ 155.1003 CONDITIONAL USES.
   The following uses may be allowed as conditional uses in the R-1 Single-Family Residence District:
   (A)   Cemeteries;
   (B)   Recreational and social facilities, as follows:
      (1)   Grounds of recreational clubs, noncommercial;
      (2)   Parks and playgrounds.
   (C)   Religious Institutions, on zoning lots within five hundred feet of any R-3, R-4, C-1, C-2, C-3, C-4, I-1 or I-2 District, specifically limited to:
      (1)   Churches, chapels, temples and synagogues;
      (2)   Rectories, parsonages, parish houses and convents.
   (D)   Schools: Elementary and/or secondary schools meeting all requirements of the compulsory education laws of the State of Illinois, and not providing residential accommodations;
   (E)   Public libraries and public art galleries;
   (F)   Planned development, residential;
   (G)   Public utility and service uses, and civic buildings, as follows:
      (1)   Electric substations;
      (2)   Gas regulation station;
      (3)   Railroad right-of-way, but not including railroad yards and shops;
      (4)   Radio and/or television towers, telephone transmission buildings and equipment, and/or other transmitting and receiving equipment, including personal wireless telecommunications facilities; and
      (5)   Waterworks, reservoir and pumping station.
   (H)   Accessory uses and buildings incidental to and on the same zoning lot as a principal use, as follows:
      (1)   Athletic fields and playgrounds;
      (2)   Secondary religious facilities servicing a principal religious institution.
