§ 33.05 DISCHARGES.
   (A)   Other than a person holding a Classified Position who has not completed the term of his Probationary Period, no one holding a Classified Position shall be discharged from the Police Department, except after a hearing on charges before the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners as provided by law; provided, this shall not be construed as affecting the power of the Village President and Board of Trustees to appoint and remove persons from Civilian Positions and Exempt Positions.
   (B)   Any member of the Classified Service who has not completed the term of his Probationary Period, any persons holding Civilian Positions or Exempt Positions, and any member of the Non-Classified Service may be discharged from the employ of the Village at any time, with or without cause, by the Village President or the duly authorized agent of the Village President.
