§ 153.701 VARIATIONS AND EXCEPTIONS.
   (A)   Variations from these regulations shall not be granted as a right. However, the Zoning, Planning and Appeals Commission may recommend and the President and Board of Trustees may grant variations from the regulations contained in this Subdivision Code in specific cases which do not affect the general plan or the spirit of the Subdivision Code.
   (B)   Exceptions from the regulation that every lot shall have four sides may be approved when the applicant demonstrates that a four-sided lot is not feasible because of peculiar topographical conditions, abutting lots of record or abutting parcels not owned directly or indirectly by the applicant, or the presence of pre-existing buildings not owned directly or indirectly by the applicant.
