In addition to the requirement that there be compliance with all other applicable ordinances of the Village, no building permit or occupancy permit shall be issued for any building, structure or improvement within a subdivision approved in accordance with this Chapter unless a valid and enforceable financial guarantee has been issued and deposited with the Village in accordance with P.A. 92-479 and Section 153.205 to guarantee completion of Bonded Improvements in such subdivision which the subdivider is required to install but which are not yet completed by the Subdivider and/or accepted by the President and Board of Trustees.
