§ 152.31 APPLICATION FEE.
   In order to obtain a permit to construct or an original license to operate a mobile home park, the applicant must pay to the Village Collector, in addition to the annual license fee, an application fee that shall, from time to time, be changed by the Village President and Board of Trustees.
