§ 152.17 EXCEPTIONS.

(A) Storage. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prohibit the storage of any mobile home for any length of time when the mobile home is not used for living or sleeping purposes.

(B) Use for municipal facilities. The provisions and restrictions set forth in this chapter shall not apply to mobile homes or trailers used by the Village for municipal purposes which are hereby declared exempt.
