§ 152.09 STREETS AND DRIVEWAYS IN PARKS.

All streets and driveways in every mobile home park must be maintained in a passable and reasonably dust-proof condition at all times and all streets and driveways in every mobile home park established after January 1, 1954, shall have a minimum width of 20 feet for streets or driveways. All streets and driveways in parks constructed after January 2, 1968, shall have a minimum width of 24 feet.
