§ 152.06 TEMPORARY PERMITS.
   (A)   Upon application to the Village Board of Trustees, and approval thereby, a mobile home may be permitted to be located within the corporate limits of the Village for a period not to exceed 60 days.
   (B)   Upon notification by the Village Clerk to the Village Collector that the Board has approved a temporary permit to locate a mobile home in the Village, and upon payment of a $25 permit fee, the Village Collector shall issue a temporary permit which shall be valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance.
      (1)   The permit shall be renewable for a maximum of an additional 30 days upon the payment of an additional permit fee of $25.
      (2)   No permit for renewal thereof shall be valid for a greater period than a total of 60 days from the date of issuance of the first permit in any 12-month period. Provided, that upon application duly made to the Village President and Board of Trustees setting forth unusual circumstances creating a hardship or emergency situation, the Board may authorize the issuance of a permit for a period in excess of 60 days during the existence of the hardship or emergency at such license fee as may be determined by the Village President and Board of Trustees.
