The operator of any mobile home park maintained within the Village shall, on or before the first day of each new calendar year, furnish the Village Clerk with a list of all mobile homes parked or located within the mobile home park. The list shall contain a description of the mobile home and its location. For each mobile home so located or parked, upon completion of inspection by the Housing Department, the operator of the mobile home park shall pay a yearly inspection fee that shall, from time to time, be established by the Village President and Board of Trustees.
