(A) The operator of any mobile home park maintained within the Village shall immediately register with the Village Collector any and each mobile home parked upon any mobile home park, stating the name of the owner of the mobile home; his or her permanent address and occupation; a description of the mobile home, including make and serial number; the lot number on which it is located; the number of occupants and their ages and other information as the Village may require.
(B) The operator of any mobile home park shall pay a registration fee that shall, from time to time, be changed by the Village President and Board of Trustees per mobile home.
