For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
MOBILE HOME. Any vehicle or similar portable structure constructed so as to permit its
being used as a conveyance on a public street and so as to permit the occupancy thereof as a dwelling by one or more persons.
MOBILE HOME PARK. An area of land on which two or more occupied mobile homes are harbored, either free of charge or for revenue, together with any building, structure or enclosure used as part of the equipment of that park.
