§ 150.183 PENALTY.
   Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of §§ 150.180 through 150.182 shall be subject to a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $500 for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed to have been committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
