§ 150.178 FINAL INSPECTION.
   The Chief Inspector of the Bureau of Fire Prevention is authorized and instructed, among his or her other duties, to make a final inspection of the dish construction at the time it is completed by the builder, to ascertain and determine the applicant's compliance with the detailed representation made in the body of the application. It shall be the duty of the Chief Inspector of the Bureau of Fire Prevention to inform the applicant of any discrepancies contrary to the same. Should the applicant fail to comply after notice, the Chief Inspector of the Bureau of Fire Prevention shall report the discrepancies in writing and deposit the same with the Village Clerk for further action as may be necessary.
