(A) The Illinois Plumbing Code/2014, published by the State of Illinois, Inc., one (1) copy of which is on file in the office of the Village Clerk, is adopted and incorporated as part of this Code as if set out at length and in full herein. (See also § 150.008)
(B) As used throughout the Code adopted by reference hereby, the term "Chief Inspector" shall mean the Chief Inspector of the Bureau of Fire Prevention of the Village of Schiller Park.
(C) As used throughout the Code adopted by reference hereby, the term "Code Official" shall mean the Chief Inspector and/or the Director of Community Development of the Village of Schiller Park (including their authorized agents and representatives).
(D) As used throughout the Code adopted by reference hereby, the term "Director of Community Development" shall mean the Director of Community Development of the Village of Schiller Park.
