§ 150.052 ISSUANCE.
   No occupancy certificate shall be issued until the applicant has paid the Village Clerk a fee in accordance with the fee schedule that has been adopted by the Village, by resolution, and which may change from time to time as the Village feels necessary in the best interests of the Village. In no event shall the Village Clerk issue a certificate of occupancy unless and until a final inspection has been made to determine that the building complies with all the building, zoning and health ordinances of the Village and unless and until the Village Clerk determines that all fees required under the applicable ordinances and fee schedule of the Village have been paid.
