(A) No building permit required by § 150.030 shall be valid for a period of more than one year from the date of issuance.

(B) Notwithstanding the foregoing, a building permit may be extended for a period of time of up to one (1) year from the date of expiration provided good cause is shown prior to the expiration date. The Building Official shall have the authority to approve or deny any extension and determine the appropriate length of time of such extension.
