§ 150.033 VARIATIONS FROM PLANS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to construct any structure in variance of approved plans pursuant to which a building permit has been issued in conformity with § 150.030, unless such construction has been varied in accord with modified plans and specifications which have been approved by the Chief Inspector. In the event additional construction costs result, because of such variation, the permittee shall pay the additional permit fee at the time such approval is sought.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to erect or assemble within the corporate limits of the Village any prefabricated or factory-manufactured building having a gross floor area in excess of 400 square feet and/or to use any prefabricated or factory-manufactured building as a principal building.
